THE UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY - SYDNEY

Hiflow maintains a portion of the HVAC Maintenance Services contracts with the university of Sydney, we have fulltime static site technicians based on site conducting maintenance, compliance and repair services.

7/11 NATIONAL CONTRACT - 750 SITES

Hiflow provide integrated services solutions to 7/11 across Australia. This includes installing synchromesh monitoring to the site’s assets. This improves call out response time and losses associated product spoilage.

MR TIPLEYS, 347 KENT ST - NSW

Hiflow was engaged by Investa to remove and replace 2 old AC units with new temperzone units. Upgraded control system and strategy. This $145,000 project was completed successfully with no interruption to our clients business.

INTERACTIVE, 39 HERBERT ST - NSW

Hiflow was engaged by Interactive to install a air-core chiller with various water cooled air conditioning units along with ductwork modifications. This $355,000 project was completed successfully for our client ensuring minimal disruption to their day-to-day business.

33 MADDOX ST – NSW

Hiflow was engaged by Goodman to remove pre-existing R22 air conditioning units, installation of new R410A units providing better energy efficiency, modification to duct work. This $205,000 project was completed successfully with positive client feedback and further work to follow.

KINGSSGROVE BUSINESS PARK - NSW

Australia’s second largest open cut mine is adjacent to the Yallourn power station and annually mines around 18 million tonnes of high moisture brown coal. The mine has ample reserves to meet the projected needs of the power station until 2032.

AVEO RETIREMENT VILLAGE, STAGE 1 - VIC

Hiflow delivered a $2.7M mechanical project for Strongbuild’s Aveo Stage 1, the first of 11 planned buildings. The 10-storey tower includes 64 luxury units and is one of Australia’s first Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) structures. Stage 1 also features underground parking, a function centre and retail space.

WOLLONGONG CENTRAL SHOPPING CENTRE EXTENSION - NSW

Hiflow delivered a $6M mechanical project for ADCO at GPT’s Wollongong Central. Works included decommissioning the plant room, upgrading chillers and boilers, overhauling AHUs, and installing a new BMS. The project was completed with redesigned ductwork to improve efficiency.

ARTARMON PUBLIC SCHOOL - NSW

Hiflow was engaged by Lahey Construction for a $370K upgrade at Artarmon Public School, delivering new future-focused facilities. Works included 2 boilers with 65 heating radiators, 3 gas heaters, toilet exhausts and fresh air balance, all completed to a standard exceeding client expectations.

123 EAGLE STREET, BRISBANE - QLD

Hiflow delivered the AHU Modernization project at 123 Eagle Street, upgrading air handling units and building systems to improve efficiency and indoor air quality. Works included mechanical, electrical, and BMS upgrades, system integration, and full commissioning.

32 TURBOT ST, BRISBANE - QLD

Hiflow delivered a fully integrated mechanical services upgrade, including VAV relocations, new ductwork, and BMS integration, creating a seamless and energy‑efficient office environment.

Hiflow upgraded the building’s control systems and replaced outdated coils with energy‑efficient EC fans, delivering a cost‑effective solution that optimised airflow, lowered energy consumption, and enhanced overall occupant comfort.

PACIFIC FAIR, GOLD COAST - QLD

Hiflow replaced major cooling infrastructure, including 1600 kW chillers, pumps, and refurbished cooling towers, while integrating advanced energy monitoring. Careful staging enabled seamless delivery in a live shopping centre with uninterrupted chilled water supply.

MCQUOIN PARK SENIORS LIVING - NSW

Hiflow successfully completed the McQuoin Park Seniors Living project for Grindley Constructions, this $2.2 million dollar project entailed the full supply and installation of all air conditioning and mechanical services to this new construction site.

80 COLLINS ST, MELBOURNE - VIC

Hiflow delivered the 80 Collins multi‑floor fit‑out, completing full mechanical services with VAV and induction unit installations, ductwork, grilles, and exhaust systems. Careful coordination ensured a seamless, cost‑effective project in a live high‑rise environment.
